NORTH WESTERN ZONE FORM FOUR FORM PRE-NATIONAL EXAMINATION

In 2024, Form Four students across Tanzania undertook a significant assessment known as the Pre-National Examination. This examination served as a vital preparatory step for the more crucial National Examinations, offering students an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the exam format, gauge their academic standing, and pinpoint areas requiring further attention before the final assessments. The responsibility for creating and disseminating this Pre-National Examination rested with TAHOSSA, an association representing heads of secondary schools within Tanzania.

The Pre-National Examination provided by TAHOSSA in 2024 held considerable importance for both students and educators. For students, it acted as a realistic simulation of the high-stakes National Examinations, allowing them to practice time management, test-taking strategies, and build confidence. For teachers and schools, the results of this pre-national assessment offered valuable insights into the overall preparedness of their students, enabling them to tailor their teaching approaches and provide targeted support in the remaining academic period. Therefore, this 2024 TAHOSSA Form Four Pre-National Examination played a key role in the educational landscape, contributing to the students' readiness for their final secondary school examinations.
